Clarity Strategy Package $500 | Comprehensive Educational Consultation Package When you are concerned about your child’s learning but feel unsure what to do next, the Clarity Strategy Package provides time to look at the complete picture, identify the most important concerns, and develop a practical path forward. This is more than a 60-minute consultation. It is a multi-step educational strategy process that includes preparation, record review, an in-depth meeting, a personalized written action plan, resources, and a follow-up consultation. What’s Included • Review of your intake information and relevant educational records before our meeting • One 60-minute Clarity Strategy Session • An individualized written action plan outlining concerns, priorities, recommendations, and next steps • Curated resources, support options, and referral recommendations • One 60-minute follow-up meeting within 30 days • Limited email clarification related to your action plan during the 30-day package period During the initial session, we may discuss: • Reading, writing, spelling, or mathematics concerns • Dyslexia or other suspected learning differences • Previous evaluations, IEPs, 504 Plans, accommodations, or intervention history • Homeschool planning and instructional support • Questions to bring to a school or evaluation team • Barriers that may be preventing a learner from making progress • Appropriate referrals, assessments, accommodations, or next steps After Our Meeting You will receive your individualized written action plan within five business days. The plan will organize the information we discussed and provide realistic, prioritized steps so you are not left wondering what to do next. Your follow-up meeting gives us time to review progress, answer questions about the plan, address developments that occurred after the initial session, and make reasonable adjustments to your next steps. Please Note: The Clarity Strategy Package is an educational consultation service. It does not include a clinical diagnosis, psychological evaluation, legal representation, or direct communication with a school or outside provider. The package includes review of up to 75 pages of relevant records. Extensive document review, additional meetings, school-meeting attendance, formal letters, or ongoing advocacy support may be scheduled separately.
